PIK-M Lingkar Seroja once again made its mark with impressive achievements at the 2026 DIY Genre Ambassador Appreciation and Creativity Jamboree, organized by the Genre Regional Forum of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The event serves as both a platform for youth development and a recognition event for Youth and Student Information and Counseling Centers (PIK-R/M) across DIY.

In the 2026 DIY Genre Ambassador Appreciation competition, participants underwent multiple selection stages, including document screening, written tests, interviews, and talent showcases. PIK-M Lingkar Seroja fielded three of its best delegates, Kaysan Naufal Ali, Aditya Ali Alfadila, and Farida Nur Khasanah, to compete alongside representatives from various districts, cities, and universities across DIY.

The competition culminated in a Grand Final held on June 13, 2026, at the Amphitheater Teras Malioboro 1, Yogyakarta. All three delegates delivered outstanding results: Kaysan Naufal Ali was named Male Social Media Inspirator of the 2026 DIY Genre Ambassador, while Aditya Ali Alfadila and Farida Nur Khasanah both advanced to the TOP 15 Male and Female DIY Genre Ambassadors respectively.

Beyond the Genre Ambassador competition, PIK-M Lingkar Seroja also demonstrated the quality of its programs and organizational innovation at the 2026 DIY Creativity Jamboree. Following a work program presentation held on May 2, 2026, PIK-M Lingkar Seroja was awarded the title of Best University-Level PIK-M in DIY.

The event was attended by a number of regional officials, including KPH Yudanegara, Ph.D., Head of the DIY Community, Village, Population, and Civil Registration Empowerment Office (PMK2PS), and Rohina, M.Si., Head of the DIY BKKBN Representative Office, along with other provincial officials.

These achievements stand as a testament to PIK-M Lingkar Seroja's commitment to nurturing a generation of young people who are creative, accomplished, and ready to serve as agents of change in society. The organization hopes these results will inspire all its members to continue creating, innovating, and contributing to the development of an excellent planned generation in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
