UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta convened
a high-level strategic meeting on April 20, 2026, bringing together university
leaders to align priorities, evaluate performance, and set policy direction for
the coming years.
The Annual Work Meeting of the Bureau of
Academic Administration, Student Affairs, and Cooperation (AAKK) focused on
refining institutional strategy, reviewing 2026 financial performance, and
strengthening organizational governance. Key discussions included priority
program alignment, budget efficiency, and the development of the university’s
long-term strategic plan.
Head of AAKK Bureau Lutfi Hamid emphasized the need for precise
planning and effective execution, ensuring that all programs are impactful and
free from overlap.

Hasan highlighted the meeting as a critical moment to reinforce
coordination and institutional performance amid tightening budgets and evolving
national policies.
“With greater fiscal pressure ahead, we must
prioritize high-impact programs while maintaining transparency and
accountability,” he stated.
The university also reaffirmed its commitment
to academic innovation, including the development of new study programs aligned
with market needs and the advancement of technology-driven learning.
